Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Campaign Management
Ideate and execute engaging content ideas for social media, including posts, Reels, stories, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate closely with design and video teams to produce high-quality creatives and short-form video content.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with institutional goals and campaign timelines.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and student ambassador collaborations.
Coordinate influencer briefs, content planning, approvals, and timelines.
Track influencer performance and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Campus & Community Content
Plan and execute campus-driven content, including student life, events, faculty highlights, and achievements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to capture real-time campus moments and storytelling content.
Copywriting & Brand Voice
Write engaging captions, posts, scripts, and campaign copies that reflect ASBS MBA's tone of voice.
Ensure content consistency across platforms while adapting messaging for different audiences.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, short-form video trends, and content calendars.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and campus/youth-focused branding is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with educational institutions or youth-focused brands.
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
