Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

project reports, progress reports, proposals, and documentation

for ongoing initiatives. Write impactful

copy for social media, digital campaigns, and banners

that align with project goals. Support internal and external communications with clear, concise, and engaging content. Collaborate with design and project teams to create

Canva-based presentations and creatives

. Ensure all content reflects the organization's voice, values, and objectives. Research and generate content related to

social sector issues (health, environment, education, livelihood, etc.)

. Maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and quality across all communication channels.

Skills Required:

Strong written communication skills in

English

(Marathi/Hindi is a plus). Ability to simplify complex project information into engaging content. Proficiency in

Canva

for basic design and layout support. Good understanding of the

social sector and community development work

. Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Communications, Journalism, English, Social Work, or related field

. 0-2 years of experience in content writing (internships/freelance experience acceptable). Familiarity with

NGO communication or social impact content

preferred.

Pay: ₹13,827.77 - ₹18,000.00 per month
