Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Content Writer

with strong expertise in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will create engaging, original, and high-quality content for digital and print platforms including websites, blogs, brochures, newsletters, magazines, press releases, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear, compelling, and original content tailored for real estate. Develop SEO-friendly content highlighting property features, market insights, and lifestyle benefits. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with campaigns. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency. Stay updated on real estate trends and buyer psychology.

Requirements:

Published work in magazines, real estate portals, or lifestyle publications (mandatory). Strong portfolio showcasing industry-relevant writing. Excellent command of English, grammar, and vocabulary. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies. Ability to work independently without the use of AI tools.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with real estate terminology and buyer behavior. Ability to write both long-form (articles, blogs) and short-form (ads, captions). Experience collaborating with marketing teams and designers.
