We are not a freelancing platform working in isolation but a technology company- that makes content creation easy.The JobYour Responsibilities will include :- Communications to customers and ensuring consistency in the brand voice.- Developing and maintaining technical documentation such as manuals and training materials.- Designing and organising documentation sets for products and services.- Collaborating with the relevant stakeholders on technical documentation requirements.- Maintaining a library of technical terminology and documentation.- Interpreting briefs to produce original content.- Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders.- Ensuring all copy is proofread and free of errors.- Using research to establish the strategy for reaching out to the target audience.Ideal CandidateSkills Required :- You have at least 2 years of experience ideally in Writing within Internet industry.- You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.- You have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.- You are adept at creating content that will effectively engage audiences.- Experience within Technical Writing, Startup Experience, Marketing Copy, would be a strong advantage.- Experience within Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare, Real Estate, Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) and Industrial & Manufacturing would be a strong advantage.- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems (ref:updazz.com)
