What You'll Do:

Core Responsibilities

As our Content Writer, you'll be instrumental in developing high-impact, learner-centric content across our digital ecosystem. Your day-to-day will involve:

Content Creation:

Independently

research, develop, and write

compelling content, including:

Educational resources

(articles, study guides, interactive exercises).

Video scripts

for our digital learning modules.

Marketing collateral

(blogs, email copy, website content).

High-engagement social media copy

and campaign assets.

Simplification & Accessibility:

Skillfully

simplify complex academic concepts

and subject matter into clear, accurate, and learner-friendly language that drives understanding and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

, Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and Video Production teams to ensure content is visually rich, instructionally sound, and seamlessly integrated into multimedia formats.

Quality & Standards:

Edit, proofread, and review

content from peers and junior writers, strictly enforcing brand voice, editorial guidelines, and high-quality instructional design principles.

Strategic Growth:

Contribute to content strategy, staying ahead of

EdTech trends

, SEO best practices, and learner engagement patterns to continually optimize and innovate our content offerings.

What You'll Bring: Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

3-5 years

of professional content writing experience, with a

strong preference

for candidates from the

EdTech or education sector

.

Writing Mastery:

Exceptional proficiency in

writing, editing, and technical storytelling

. A demonstrated ability to translate sophisticated academic material into highly engaging, consumer-facing content.

Digital Fluency:

Practical experience

scripting for video-based learning

and deep familiarity with diverse digital content formats (e.g., interactive quizzes, infographics, short-form video).

Technical Knowledge:

Working knowledge of

SEO principles

, online learning platform functionalities, and effective

social media content strategy

.

Attention to Detail:

Impeccable

grammar, vocabulary, and editorial judgment
