Role: Part-Time Script & Content Writer

Compensation: ?5,000 per month

Employment Type: Part-Time / Flexible

Location: Remote (Online) / Potential for Offline work based on location/need

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (3 hours)

Evening Shift: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (2 hours)

Total: 5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

Script Development: Write short, engaging video scripts (typically 1-3 minutes long) for educational content that will be used across social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Reels) and our e-learning platform.

Content Simplification: Convert complex technology and coding concepts into clear, simple, and easy-to-understand written content and scripts.

Localised Content Creation: Develop scripts and content that can be effectively delivered in Tamil (Thanglish) to enhance local learner engagement.

Content Review: Review and edit existing educational materials to ensure accuracy, flow, and educational impact.

Research: Conduct basic research on assigned technical topics to ensure content is current and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and creative scripts in English.

Bilingual Proficiency: Strong command over both English and Tamil is essential, with an ability to blend the two (Thanglish) for effective communication.

Interest in Ed-Tech: A keen interest in Technology and Education is a must. Prior experience or knowledge in tech domains (like coding) is a plus, but not mandatory.

Reliability: Must be able to strictly adhere to the defined part-time working schedule (10 AM - 1 PM and 6 PM - 8 PM).

Basic Digital Proficiency: Comfort with online tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and email communication.
