Job Title: Content Writer - Product & Impact Storytelling

As Tookitaki continues to scale in 2026, how we explain our AI-driven RegTech platforms--FinCense and the AFC Ecosystem--matters as much as what we build. This role exists to turn complex product, platform, and AI concepts into credible, compelling stories that resonate with clients, regulators, analysts, and internal teams. We're looking for a writer who can simplify complexity without losing depth, and who understands what trust, clarity, and precision mean in a regulated domain.



Position Purpose



To bring clarity, credibility, and consistency to Tookitaki's product narratives across the full lifecycle--from launch messaging to impact reporting. This role will shape how Tookitaki's AI, compliance workflows, and platform outcomes are understood across Sales, Services, Product, and external stakeholders. The role is hands-on, cross-functional, and strategic in how storytelling drives client understanding, product adoption, and regulatory trust.



Key Responsibilities



Product & Solution Storytelling

Write product explainer content, brochures, and solution narratives that clearly answer:
What does the product do? Why does it matter? How does it deliver value?
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate AI, ML, and compliance features into business-impact storytelling. Content for Every Lifecycle Stage

Create content across the product lifecycle, including: + Launch narratives and feature explainers + Demo scripts and video storyboards
+ Customer case studies and impact summaries
+ Value decks and solution briefs for Sales & Services
Credibility in Regulated Domains

Write with a tone that inspires trust--measurable outcomes, explainability, and business clarity over buzzwords or hype Align content with the needs of banks, compliance officers, regulators, and analyst communities Cross-Functional Enablement

Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, and Compliance to ensure consistent messaging across the board Create reference content for internal teams, product updates, and analyst briefings Multi-Format, Modern Content Creation

Produce compelling copy for: + Short-form scripts (product videos, feature teasers) + Web and PDF explainers
+ Internal documentation and analyst Q&A decks
Understand how content supports GTM strategy, enterprise buying journeys, and technical onboarding Qualifications and Skills

Experience & Background

5-8 years of experience in content writing or storytelling roles, with a focus on product, solution, or technical content Proven ability to write for regulated domains (e.g., RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, Compliance, Risk) Strong portfolio of product video scripts, solution explainers, brochures, case studies, or GTM collateral

Ability to translate complex technology (AI/ML, compliance logic, data pipelines) into business value stories Precision writing--clear, structured, and credible Comfortable interviewing PMs, engineers, and domain SMEs Strong narrative structure for feature launches, client impact, and technical architecture explanations

Tools & Formats

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Figma, or video collaboration tools is a plus Exposure to GTM workflows and enterprise sales cycles is preferred
