As a member of the intranet team you will work primarily to curate and create engaging content for the Infosys intranet that has a global reach of more than 300 000 employees across diverse geographies The curated content cuts across a variety of content types including business news communication employee engagement employee wellness among others In addition to the daily activities involving the intranet members of the intranet team also produce edit and proofread content for financial reports quarterly results and other kinds of business writing as and when required We are looking for great content creators who understand the needs of the organization as well as the employees who also have the ability to constantly learn about new and complex developments in the world of technology and use AI to enhance productivity while crafting strategic content campaigns for the organization You will be required to work extensively in tandem with designers both graphic and user experience to create branding engagement and user experience campaigns for the organization Minimum qualifications Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Mass Communications Journalism English Literature or any other relevant subject 3 5 years of experience working in creative content creation business writing digital and brand marketing UX writing etc

Key Responsibilities:

Impeccable English language skills and creative writing skills along with excellent editing and proof reading skills Experience or familiarity with business writing and or financial journalism Working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe writing and editing tools Ability to adapt to and use AI tools for research creation and curation of content Knowledge of analytics and driving engagement on online platforms Some knowledge of or experience with effective content strategy Ability to understand and learn emerging technology and trends Knowledge of the technology industry and understanding of the digital business landscape Ability to work in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders across geographies

Technical Requirements:
