Responsibilities
Create engaging content on assigned topics as per the content calendar and respond to ad-hoc content requests.
Adapt content based on feedback from editors and senior team members to improve quality.
Monitor content performance using tools like Google Web Analytics and assist in compiling performance reports.
Act as a liaison between content writers and senior staff to ensure smooth content delivery.
Manage daily tasks and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to fellow team members to enhance their skills.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in English language with a strong understanding of grammar and writing principles.
Familiarity with writing content for enterprise software products and services is desirable.
Any experience with technology blogging would be advantageous.
Basic understanding of content marketing principles.
Ability to conduct research and generate new content ideas.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and collaborate with diverse team members.
