Wonder World is looking for a dynamic, high-energy
Social Media Executive & Content Writer
to be the "Voice and Vision" of our brand. This isn't just a desk job--you will be on the front lines of fun, capturing the splash of the wave pool, the luxury of our resort stays, and the joy of our guests. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven digital marketing to drive footfall and brand prestige.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Copywriting
Write engaging, SEO-optimized copy for the website, blogs, and email newsletters.
Craft "scroll-stopping" captions for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop scripts for Reels, YouTube shorts, and promotional brand videos.
Ensure a consistent brand voice: Fun, vibrant, and inviting, yet professional.
2. Social Media Management
Manage the end-to-end execution of our social media calendar.
Lead the "Live" strategy: Cover events, DJ nights, and park launches in real-time.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and guest reviews with a helpful and hospitable tone.
Stay ahead of viral trends and adapt them to the water park/hospitality context.
3. Strategy & Analytics
Monitor KPIs: Reach, engagement rate, and click-through rates (CTR).
Use social media insights to suggest improvements for ticket-booking campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to create content that drives "Staycation" and "Corporate Outing" inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
1.5+ years in Social Media Management (experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Lifestyle brands is a major plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Canva

Adobe Spark
, or basic video editing apps (CapCut/InShot). Understanding of
SEO
and
Meta Business Suite
.
Soft Skills:
