Key Responsibilities:

Research, conceptualize, and write high-quality, engaging, and instructionally sound content for various courses and learning programs. Design and develop comprehensive course curricula, including learning objectives, module outlines, assessments, and supplementary materials. Transform technical or complex information into clear, concise, and easily understandable content for a wide range of learners. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. Develop scripts for video tutorials, e-learning modules, and other multimedia content. Create engaging learning activities, assignments, and assessments to enhance knowledge retention and application. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, style guidelines, and quality standards. Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and content development best practices. Review and iterate on existing content based on feedback and performance data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Proven experience (X+ years) as a Content Writer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and curriculum development. Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for various formats (e.g., text-based modules, scripts, facilitator guides). Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Moodle, Teachable) is a plus. Strong research and analytical skills.
