Position Specification

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to spearhead the division, where you challenge yourself to push your boundaries of thought by working through the nuanced elements of content in different geographies. Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Vision & Strategy :

• Develop effective digital-first innovative thoughtful content targeted at external audiences

• Deliver from inception to reality thoughtful content for multiple digital platforms, which will include website copy, social media posts, advertising and email marketing programs, video scripts, blogs and any other digital formats that may be relevant
• Research and develop guided or self-directed, appropriate micro, short or long-form content

• Align content with content strategy, keeping in line with our brand\xe2\x80\x99s standards
• Campaigns - Editorial pipeline
  • Recommend, plan and deliver
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with appropriate project participants
    • Edit content produced by other team members
    • Provide relevant stats
    • Recommend roll-out dates - Organize writing schedules to complete projects within the deadlines
    • Be aware of and maintain promised timelines
    • Be aware of and maintain editorial standards
  • Quality control - Proof and review completeness
  • Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performances

Analyze :

• Content marketing metrics and make changes to content strategy as needed
• Review all communication ensuring quality, timely and accurate output aligning with our benchmarks
• Research and monitor upcoming global content delivery platforms
• Offer suggestions for process improvement initiatives

Guide :

Provide advice and recommendations on content best practices and guidelines. Guided and Self-driven - Development through reading and analyzing relevant business-appropriate content

Qualification

• A resident of India
• Citizen of India
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Proven work experience of 8+ years in journalism or an agency, with preference given to B2B content and journalism
• Solid knowledge of content marketing best practices such as, but not limited to, thought leadership
• Sensitive to writing and style differences in various formats and media such as email, social media, and video.
• Confident in complex and nuanced subjects.
• Demonstrate critical thinking in content creation, where you must be able to lead content discussions toward supporting your content decisions and solutions.
• Produce on a consistent basis factual content produced in a grammatically accurate manner while being mindful of timelines
• Have basic knowledge of SEO best practices, analytics and keywords
• Must be familiar with, and adept at using technology
• Familiarity with operating in an Apple environment on both Desktop and Mobile and an experience using native Apple software \xe2\x80\x94 Pages (Word Processor), Numbers (Spreadsheet), Keynote (Presentation) \xe2\x80\x94 will be an added advantage

  • Salary: INR - up to 10,00,000 p.a.
  • Health Insurance allowance
  • End-of-year paid time off, of 2 weeks
