Understand buyer journeys and create appropriate messaging
Work with the marketing team across countries to create campaign narratives and pages - email marketing, blogs, videos, etc.
Research related topics to create unique content – articles, blog posts, case studies, brochures - for websites/ campaigns
Manage and edit content for company websites in a search-engine friendly manner
Create social media messages (for sharing on Social Networking Sites) sourcing through blog posts and website content
Skills and experience Required:
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in content writing
Experience in working in content roles for an IT company (not technical writing)
Excellent writing and editing skills in different styles/ tones to fit different communication platforms
Experience in creating or sourcing content for websites/ magazines/ blogs
Prior experience in web content writing
Familiarity with digital marketing and consumer buyer journeys
Good research and organizational skills
