Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads.
• Collaborate cross-functional teams and able to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan.
• Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with the company brand, voice, style and tone.
• Manage all creative resources to develop content in various formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
• Editing any articles or marketing communication materials.
• Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels.
• Assisting in the content production process.
• Copywriting for thought leadership articles, landing pages and storyboarding/scriptwriting.
• Develop press releases, media toolkits and content assets for countries.
• Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.
• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
• Produce global and localized content for all countries.
• Support internal communications as needed.
• Support social media content as needed.
• Design, develop and produces effective communications using web and digital channels.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree from a relevant discipline (or its equivalent).
• Possess a minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in creating content for the web & editorial skills.
• Must be fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be a great advantage in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates.
• Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills (writing samples will be required).
• Experience with digital marketing / content marketing is a huge plus. Possess an editorial mindset and copy-editing ability which understands what audiences consume as well as creating it.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent written/verbal communication skills as well presentation skills.
• An independent worker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
