Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer with strong experience in e-commerce copywriting. This role involves creating persuasive and high-performing content for product listings, blogs, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns -- while maintaining brand tone and optimizing performance metrics.

Your work will help enhance user experience, drive conversions, and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Website Content

Write clear, SEO-optimized product descriptions, category pages & landing pages

Research product features, industry trends & competitor content

Creative & Marketing Content

Create blogs, articles, Quora answers & thought-leadership content

Write high-impact email marketing & automation copy

Develop social media captions, ad copy & short-form content

Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms

SEO & Performance

Conduct keyword research & apply SEO best practices

Optimize content for search intent & conversion

Track performance metrics (CTR, open rate, engagement) & suggest improvements

Execution & Collaboration

Coordinate with design, marketing & product teams on content briefs

Manage content calendars & deliver tasks on time

Proofread & edit content for accuracy and brand alignment

Required Qualifications

3+ years

of professional content writing experience

Experience in

e-commerce, D2C, or digital agencies

Excellent grammar, storytelling & research skills

Understanding of digital performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversions)

Experience with

Mailchimp / HubSpot / Klaviyo

Ability to adapt tone for multiple brands & audiences

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)

Experience with A/B testing

Basic SEO & keyword strategy knowledge

Familiarity with Grammarly, Hemingway, Surfer SEO
