2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
o A strong portfolio showcasing published work sampleso Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
o Ability to convert technical and creative concepts into simple, understandable contento Good understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing tools
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate when required
Experience in graphic design or multimedia content creation will be an added advantage
Responsibilites

Content Creation:
Research, write, and edit technical and creative content including blogs, case studies, documentation, social media content, and ad copies.

Subject Matter Expertise:
Become familiar with our industry, products, and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate information and maintain content relevance.
Content Strategy:
Contribute ideas to content strategies and editorial calendars.
Identify relevant topics, trends, and themes for target audiences.
SEO Optimization:
Optimize written content for search engines to enhance visibility and organic reach.
Conduct keyword research and implement keywords effectively.
Content Distribution:
Work with the Product and Marketing teams to distribute content across websites, social media, email campaigns, external publications, and ad copies.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all produced content meets editorial quality standards for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and presentation.
Proofread and refine content prior to publication.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
Leverage insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement and reach.
