The Role
:We are looking for a versatile Content & Training Specialist to develop high-quality learning materials and deliver engaging training sessions across various formats.
Key Responsibilities
:
Content Development: Create engaging assessment questions (LSRW), learning modules, and video scripts.
Freelance Management: Coordinate with and review the work of freelance contributors.
Training Delivery: Lead live webinars, online classes, and face-to-face sessions for diverse learners (K-12 to Corporate).
Project Oversight: Manage the editorial pipeline and collaborate with AV producers for content production.
Expertise: Strong background in English Language Teaching (ELT), content writing, or editing.
Language Skills: Near-native proficiency in English with a meticulous eye for grammar and detail.
Soft Skills: Creative thinker, organized project manager, and excellent communicator.Adaptability: Ability to engage different audiences via phone, web, and in-person.
