Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the Content Head in brainstorming ideas and executing content across formats Develop high value content for ideal customer profiles such as universities, colleges, and other educational institutions Research and write blog articles, case studies, alumni stories, FAQs, and other support collaterals Work closely with support and impact teams to create and improve content that strengthens client communication, engagement, and overall experience, guided by real usage feedback

Key Skills/Activities:

Strong verbal, writing, and editing skills with a clear and simple communication style in English Ability to research, understand needs, and create structured content across formats such as blogs, stories, FAQs, and guides Openness to feedback, attention to detail, and willingness to continuously refine content Ability to collaborate closely with the Content Head and cross functional teams using content tools

Expectations:

We are looking for someone with prior writing exposure, such as experience with college magazines, personal blogs, short form content, or freelance work for any organisation or institution.
