Job Purpose

To create high-impact, brand-aligned content using modern copywriting and marketing frameworks that strengthens BS Group's authority, product visibility, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

Write content for social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, hoardings, presentations, and campaigns Develop product content for BSTMX550D, BS Pipes, BS Wire, HR Coils, Sponge Iron, Billets, and Ferro Alloys Create campaign headlines, hooks, captions, CTAs, and long-form storytelling content Apply multiple copywriting and persuasion frameworks including AIDA, PAS, FAB, 4Ps, BAB, JTBD, HSO, ACCA, StoryBrand, SLAP, and OATH Write SEO-optimized website pages, blogs, and landing pages Draft scripts for reels, videos, client testimonials, and corporate films Support content requirements for festivals, CSR initiatives (BS Foundation), events, exhibitions, and BTL activities Ensure consistency in brand tone, authority, and messaging across all platforms Coordinate with design, digital marketing, and field teams for integrated execution Edit, proofread, and refine content for accuracy, clarity, and impact Research industry trends, competitor communication, and customer pain pointsSkills and Competencies Strong writing skills in English; Hindi and Hinglish preferred Clear understanding of modern marketing and copywriting frameworks Ability to translate technical steel specifications into customer-focused benefits Working knowledge of SEO and content structuring Strong storytelling, ideation, and editing skills Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualification and Experience
