You will work closely with the founder (Dr. Diptanshu Das), who will provide
subject expertise, conceptual direction, and core insights
. Your job is to turn those inputs into compelling narratives, clear explanations, and powerful messages.
Key Responsibilities
A. Writing, Drafting & Fine Tuning
Assist in drafting chapters, refining narratives, and structuring long-form content.
Convert complex concepts into simple, relatable stories for a common audience.
Edit, improve, and polish written content to match IND's voice and mission.
Develop emotionally engaging storytelling, examples, analogies, and case narratives.
B. English-Bengali Translation
Translate book chapters, scripts, and other materials between
English ? Bengali
with nuance, voice, and emotional fidelity.
Ensure translations are
culturally resonant
for Bengali-speaking families.
Maintain consistency in tone and style across both languages.
C. Research & Content Development
Conduct research on themes related to parenting, child development, psychology, and human stories (depth guidance will be provided).
Extract insights from discussions, transcripts, and voice notes from the founder.
Support development of supplementary materials (exercises, prompts, stories).
D. Multi-Format Writing (Advantageous)
Ability to write scripts for short-form and long-form video content.
Support creation of social media posts, marketing content, and storytelling frameworks.
Assist in developing visual storyboards for content where required.
