Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop content for new itineraries, seasonal promotions, and signature experiences.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ideate and script reels, short videos, destination explainers, and campaign creatives.
Oversee content production, ensuring high aesthetic standards and brand consistency.
Monitor social engagement, respond to community interactions, and foster brand relationships.
Analyse performance metrics and refine strategy for better reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Brand & Content Strategy
Maintain a cohesive and aspirational brand voice across all platforms.
Identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and destination-led storytelling moments.
Work with designers and videographers to deliver campaign assets.
Bring fresh creative ideas to enhance brand recall and premium positioning.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in content writing, editing, or social media management (travel industry experience preferred).
Exceptional command over written English with strong storytelling skills.
Ability to adapt tone for premium audiences.
Understanding of SEO content principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, short-form video ideation, and content planning.
A passion for travel and awareness of global destinations (a major bonus).
Ability to work in a faced-paced environment
