Key Responsibilities

Write and edit blog posts, website content, newsletters, and social media copies Conduct research on industry-related topics and stay updated on trends Collaborate with internal teams to write content aligned with campaigns, product launches, and events Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and traffic Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and tone of voice Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets (reels scripts, captions, microblogs, etc.) Assist with content planning, ideation, and content calendar management

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing. A strong portfolio of written work across different formats Solid grasp of grammar, storytelling, and brand tone Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Prior experience working with a startup, ed-tech, or youth-centric brand Knowledge of leveraging AI tools to refine content (not write it) AI-SEO know-how will be a bonus Understanding of content performance metrics (CTR, bounce rate, engagement) A flair for writing catchy headlines and engaging hooks
