About the Role:
We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our marketing team at NetCom Learning. The ideal candidate will craft compelling, SEO-optimized content that promotes our learning solutions, drives engagement, and strengthens our brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and proofread content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.

Create engaging course descriptions and marketing copy aligned with brand voice and business goals.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop content strategies that support campaigns.

Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve ranking and visibility.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and topic ideation for continuous improvement.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content formats.

Repurpose existing content into new formats such as infographics, short-form posts, and email sequences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

2-4 years of proven experience as a content writer, preferably in EdTech, Learning, or B2B domains.

Strong command of grammar and storytelling with an understanding of marketing psychology.

Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and eLearning content is an added advantage.
