Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analytical 'Content Writer cum Strategist' to join our team. You'll lead our content planning and execution, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. This hybrid role combines exceptional writing skills with strategic thinking to drive the brand's digital storytelling and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, plan, and develop engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, emails, and campaigns. Devise and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences. Build and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing/design teams. Optimize all content for SEO and engagement across digital platforms. Analyze content performance using key metrics, and revise strategies accordingly. Conduct competitor and audience research to identify trends, content gaps, and new opportunities. Ensure brand voice, style, and guidelines are consistently reflected. Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role. In-depth understanding of content strategy and content planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, organizational, and project management abilities. Hands-on knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research. Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), analytics tools, and basic design/editing platforms.
