Job brief
To serve as an experienced, individual contributor on tasks and assignments that support and enhances Enphase product performance, durability, reliability and quality.
Responsibilities
As part of the quality team, you will be responsible for identifying the devices which needs a Firmware Upgrade
Submit the devices for upgrade in Jira ticketing system and follow up with the required mangers to get the approval for Firmware Upgrade
Once upgrade process is completed, track the prior submitted ticket and identify the percentage of devices upgraded
Automate the device selection for firmware upgrade process
Build dashboards in Incorta for tracking the firmware upgrade process
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
Portfolio of published articles
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Familiarity with web publications
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Ability to meet deadlines
BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
