As a Content Writer - Executive you will be responsible for creating digital and print content for the company. This includes creating content for internal and external communication like blogs, articles, social media marketing posts, website content pages, marketing collaterals, event collaterals, newsletters, customer stories, ebooks and whitepapers. You should be able to increase brand awareness among the target audience and attract new visitors through your writing. You should be able to understand the brand/product messaging and be consistent with content. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders at Varthana. As content writer you should be able to weave out creative stories within the brand/product standards. Ensure messaging/communication is consistent with the company guidelines/values/mission. Specific : Research and write content for external audiences - company website pages, blogs, thought leadership articles, newsletters, customer stories etc. Well-versed with social media content writing that attracts followers, gains likes and shares. Create a copy, edit and proofread all marketing materials such as brochures, posters, emails and advertisements. Proof-reading content for any error or inconsistencies Conducting research on keyword/industry/product topics for creating pages/blogs/articles for improving SEO results Organize and conduct interviews of internal and external stakeholders of Varthana as per the need. Adhere to the company s style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and error-free copy. Experience in writing ebooks and whitepapers. Content Writer Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Media and Communications or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years experience in content writing and copywriting in all media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly computer literate with capability in Email, MS Office or Google Workspace and related business and communication tools. Content writing experience for all media platforms. Understanding of social media channels and its user base Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines Strategic and creative mindset. Meticulous attention to detail.
