We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer to join our team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing engaging and compelling written content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and product marketing materials. Your expertise in social media marketing, SEO, blogging, and product marketing will be essential in creating content that effectively communicates our brand message and drives engagement with our target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Write informative and compelling blog posts that align with our target audience\'s interests and optimize them for search engines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create persuasive product marketing content, including product descriptions, brochures, and sales collateral.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing, SEO, blogging, and product marketing.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to create visually appealing and multimedia-rich content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style consistency.
  • Stay informed about our target audience, customer personas, and market trends to tailor content accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Must have 2 years of experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Experience working in the HR-Tech space.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and experience crafting engaging content for each platform.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Strong understanding of blogging techniques and best practices.
  • Experience in product marketing and the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Strong research skills to gather relevant information from credible sources.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and multimedia content
