We are hiring a strategic and skilled Content Writer to produce content that drives qualified leads for our software agency and AI services and products. The ideal candidate understands B2B SaaS, automation, and IT buyer psychology.
Responsibilities
Write high-quality content for websites, case studies, landing pages, product pages, email sequences, and social channels.
Create conversion-focused assets including success stories, whitepapers, feature pages, and industry-specific use cases.
Understand our ICPs and tailor messaging to pain points and ROI.
Break down technical topics like AI agents, integrations, or workflow automation into clear business value.
Work closely with founders and product teams, to ensure message clarity and brand consistency.
Apply SEO strategy, keyword intent, and on-page optimization that supports pipeline goals.
Continuously measure performance (CTR, conversion impact) and refine content accordingly.
Research industry trends across SaaS, AI, and IT services to keep messaging current and competitive.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS or IT/Software companies. (Non-negotiable.)
Strong command of English with a track record of content that converts, not just content that ranks.
Clear understanding of SEO content strategy and keyword intent.
Experience writing case studies, product marketing assets, and email campaigns.
Solid grasp of CRM, cloud tech, automation, or AI solutions is a major advantage.
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, SurferSEO, Grammarly, or CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
Portfolio with published B2B SaaS or IT content (mandatory).
At least two case studies or product-focused samples demonstrating ability to communicate business outcomes.
Comfortable interviewing clients/stakeholders to extract stories and proof points (Optional)
