Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager

with strong knowledge of

Discord communities

and online engagement. You'll handle our social media presence, manage Discord servers, and build an active digital community across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Discord. Create engaging posts, reels, and content to boost community interaction. Manage and grow Discord servers -- handle announcements, events, and community engagement. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding. Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements. Stay updated on social media and Discord trends, bots, and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

Must have hands-on experience with Discord servers

(moderation, roles, bots, events). Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms. Creative writing and communication skills. Basic design ability (Canva or Photoshop preferred). Organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven. Freshers passionate about social media & Discord communities are encouraged to apply.
