Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with Social Brillz' brand goals. Manage daily posting, engagement, and interactions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and curate visually appealing, high-quality content -- posts, reels, stories, and short videos. Write engaging, grammatically strong content and captions for all creatives and campaigns. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand tone, style, and messaging. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare monthly reports. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform changes for fresh and relevant content ideas. Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and inquiries to maintain a strong brand presence. Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and creative partners for shoots and collaborations. Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, contests, and brand promotions.
