Role Overview:
We're seeking a creative, self-driven content and social media manager who can ideate, create, and execute engaging content across platforms -- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an eye for design, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful posts, reels, and videos that strengthen our brand identity and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals.
Write, design, and post engaging content for all digital platforms.
Plan and execute short-form video content and product showcases.
Manage and grow Gravolite's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Monitor performance metrics and suggest creative improvements.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
Strong command of written English and visual storytelling.
Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
Ability to conceptualize, script, and manage video content.
A creative thinker with initiative and strong attention to detail.
