Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Manager

with strong skills in

content writing

and

graphic designing

to manage our clients' social media pages. Proficiency in Canva is essential, and knowledge of UI/UX design will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for clients' social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Write clear, compelling, and brand-consistent copy for posts, stories, ads, and other digital assets. Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and creatives using Canva (or similar tools). Monitor, respond, and engage with followers and communities on various social channels. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize engagement and reach. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for better results.

(Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Strong understanding of brand tone, audience targeting, and engagement strategies. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of

UI/UX design principles

will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field. Experience in managing multiple client accounts.
