Key Responsibilities
Client Understanding:
Work with clients to understand their business, goals, and target audience, translating their vision into well-crafted content.
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality content for business reports, pitch decks, PPTs, and other business communications.
Content Structuring:
Follow specific formats and guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity in all written content.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and designers to ensure content aligns with the project's objectives.
Editing & Proofreading:
Review content for grammatical correctness, coherence, and compliance with the client's guidelines before submission.
Content Refinement:
Revise drafts based on feedback from clients and internal teams to improve clarity, engagement, and impact.
Research:
Conduct research into industries, competitors, and other related information to create data-driven content.
Time Management:
Manage multiple content projects, delivering them on time, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1-2 years of content writing experience (fresher candidates with strong writing skills may also apply).
Education:
Graduate (preferably in English, Journalism, Communications, or Business Administration).
Writing Skills:
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with attention to detail and clarity.
Business Writing:
Experience with business reports, pitch decks, or corporate communications.
Content Strategy:
Ability to understand business concepts and structure content according to client guidelines and formats.
Tools:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and content management tools (like Grammarly, Hemingway).
Research Skills:
Strong research abilities for crafting accurate, data-driven content.
Time Management:
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
