1. Ideate & Conceptualize:

Work with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.

2. Content Creation (Face on Camera):

Feature yourself in reels, short videos, and other creative content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

3. Social Media Content Production:

Assist in creating digital assets -- reels, short videos, blogs, posts, stories, graphics, etc.

4. Social Media Management:

Monitor engagement, and analyzing social media

5. Trend Research & Execution:

Identify trending formats, hashtags, sounds, and themes; adapt them creatively for the brand.

6. Performance Tracking:

Analyze post and reel performance and suggest improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

Someone creative, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera

Strong sense of current social media trends

Ability to think out-of-the-box and initiate fresh content ideas

Excellent communication skills - Hindi and English.

Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
