Job Title: Content Writer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-quality written content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, case studies, social media, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with designers, SEO analysts, and developers to craft content that enhances user engagement, drives organic traffic, and strengthens Boolment's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Researching and creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing channels. Developing content strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience. Collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Conducting thorough proofreading and editing to ensure content is error-free and adheres to style guidelines. Conducting SEO keyword research and implementing SEO strategies. Ensuring all-around consistency (style, tone, and brand voice). Crafting compelling headlines, taglines, and meta descriptions to capture audience attention. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and audience preferences. Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative and innovative concepts.
Must-Have Skills

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong command of grammar and syntax. Strong research skills to gather accurate and authentic information. Ability to adapt writing style to match brand voice and target audience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently. Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization. Attention to detail and accuracy in content creation.
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in content planning and strategy development. Knowledge of copyright, plagiarism, and ethical considerations in content creation. Ability to generate creative and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns. Familiarity with content performance analysis and engagement metrics.
Qualification & Soft Skills
