Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Produce original, well-researched content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

Editorial Oversight:

Edit and proofread all outgoing content for grammar, tone, clarity, and consistency with brand style guides.

SEO Optimization:

Perform keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices to increase organic reach and traffic.

Content Strategy:

Manage the editorial calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.

Fact-Checking:

Verify all information, data, and citations to ensure high editorial integrity.

Common Tools Used

CMS:

WordPress, Ghost, or HubSpot.

SEO:

Google Search Console, Yoast SEO, or SurferSEO.

Editing:

Grammarly, Hemingway App, or ProWritingAid.

Collaboration:

Notion, Slack, or Trello.
