Content Writer & Comment Executive

to create engaging content and manage comments across digital platforms. The role involves writing high-quality content while actively engaging with audiences by responding to comments in a professional and brand-consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing:

Create engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, ads, and marketing campaigns Research industry-related topics and develop original content Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand tone Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement

Comment Management:

Monitor and respond to comments on social media platforms, websites, and ads Engage with users politely and professionally to build brand trust Escalate sensitive or negative comments to the concerned team Maintain brand voice while handling queries, feedback, and reviews
Skills & Requirements

Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms Ability to write creative, engaging, and error-free content Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills Familiarity with content tools, CMS, or social media tools is an advantage
Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Mass Communication, Journalism, or English preferred)
