Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media, promotional campaigns, events, and internal communications.
Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative storyboards and video concepts.
Edit videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels, etc.) ensuring correct formatting and optimization.
Add music, voiceovers, graphics, text overlays, and animations to enhance video quality.
Manage video production logistics -- location scouting, lighting setup, props, and scheduling.
Maintain and organize video assets, ensuring efficient file management and backups.
Stay updated on current video trends, editing styles, and emerging digital tools.
Occasionally capture photos for social media or promotional use.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, style, and visual identity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in video production, preferably in marketing, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of lighting, framing, color grading, and sound.
Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, and gimbals.
Knowledge of current social media video formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
Creative storytelling ability and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
