Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the content team
Create and review content for Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
Plan scripts, ideas, and content calendars
Oversee graphics and short-form video edits
Track trends, hashtags, and platform insights
Ensure timely delivery and brand consistency
Work closely with social media & marketing teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of content writing/creative content experience
Strong writing skills (Hindi + English)
Basic graphic design & video editing knowledge
Understanding of social media trends
Ability to lead, review, and guide team output
Preferred
Experience in wellness, yoga, lifestyle, or health brands
Knowledge of SEO & YouTube best practices
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Buffer
