Content Team Lead

to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement a

comprehensive content strategy

aligned with Algoric's marketing, sales, and branding objectives. Lead and manage the

content team

to deliver engaging, high-quality content across all digital platforms. Oversee

content planning, creation, and publishing schedules

to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate closely with the

Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams

to align content with business goals. Manage and refine content for

social media, blogs, website, and campaigns

to increase visibility and engagement. Optimize all content for

SEO, reach, and conversion

, using analytics for continuous improvement. Review, edit, and approve team deliverables to maintain professional standards and tone consistency.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in

content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial leadership.

Strong understanding of

SEO, storytelling, and brand voice management.

Ability to

lead and mentor

a creative team effectively. Excellent

communication, organizational, and project management

skills. Proficiency in tools like

Canva, Notion, Trello, or WordPress.

Data-driven mindset with an understanding of

content performance analytics.

Prior experience in a

start-up or fast-paced environment

preferred.
