We are looking for an experienced Content Syndication Head to lead and oversee content syndication efforts. This role is critical for building partnerships, driving revenue growth, and

ensuring that our

content reaches its maximum potential across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end content syndication operations for regional, national, and international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with content buyers, broadcasters, OTT platforms, aggregators, and telecom networks. Negotiate and close content licensing deals across various formats including films, web series, shorts, and IP assets. Represent Producerbazaar at trade fairs, festivals, markets and strategic buyer meetings. Work closely with the content acquisition, legal, and technology teams to ensure compliance and smooth delivery. Generate insights and reports on content performance and licensing trends to refine strategy. Maintain an updated pipeline of content buyers across geographies and industries. Identify new revenue models within content syndication including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and digital-first partnerships.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in content syndication, licensing, or sales management in the entertainment, media, or film industry. Proven network of buyers, broadcasters, and digital platforms across India and abroad. Strong communication and interpersonal skills -

fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.

Ability to travel and meet stakeholders across India and globally. Deep understanding of IP rights, deal structuring, content trends, and syndication models. Strategic thinking with a sharp business acumen and negotiation capabilities.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience with marketplaces, OTT platforms, or production houses. Exposure to international content markets and deal execution. Familiarity with legal contracts related to content rights. Passion for storytelling and film/content ecosystem.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
