Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Brand Strategy Development:

Understand business requirements for projects Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs, shaping brand strategy accordingly. Create and manage moodboards to visually represent brand identity, campaign concepts, and creative direction.
Content Strategy & Creation

Lead the development of content strategies across digital and offline platforms, aligning with overall brand objectives. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, videos, etc. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content.
Campaign Management

Planned and executed integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction. Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness.
Brand Messaging & Positioning

Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators.
Executive Reporting to Management: Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.
Required Skill Sets

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. At least 2 - 4 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing. Should be able to lead a team . Must be strong with client communication. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, basics of SEO and SEM, and marketing strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
