Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Strategist who can think beyond formats and focus on intent, clarity, and impact. This role requires strong original thinking, sharp writing skills, and the ability to build content strategies that actually perform across platforms and industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end content strategies aligned with brand goals, audience behavior, and platform dynamics Write

original, AI-free scripts and content

that feel human, contextual, and insight-driven Create creative content frameworks for reels, carousels, long-form posts, and campaigns Work across multiple niches and industries, quickly understanding brand voice and market positioning Translate business objectives into clear content narratives and execution plans Collaborate with designers, editors, and performance teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness Analyze content performance and refine strategies based on insights and outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Lead, or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing original scripts, campaigns, or content strategies executed in the past Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent writing ability with a strong grasp of tone, structure, and storytelling Ability to ideate and execute creative strategies, not just individual posts Comfortable working across diverse niches without losing depth or quality High attention to detail and strong understanding of content psychology and audience behavior
