Role Overview



The

Content Strategist

will lead the ideation, creation, and optimization of edexe learning's content across social media, campaigns, and academic promotions. The role requires a blend of

strategic thinking and creative execution

--ensuring that every piece of content aligns with the brand's voice, goals, and student audience.

The strategist will not only write and plan content but also

analyze performance

, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and steer content directions to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities



1. Content Strategy & Planning



Develop and manage monthly content calendars for social media, ad campaigns, and promotions. Plan academic-season-based storytelling and campaigns aligned with exam timelines. Research audience trends, student interests, and competitive positioning to guide content direction. Set measurable goals for engagement, brand reach, and lead generation.

2. Creative Content & Brand Messaging



Write compelling copy for

Instagram posts, carousels, short videos, posters, and brochures

. Create impactful

hooks, taglines, and ad copy

aligned with edexe learning's tone--educational, aspirational, and youthful. Script educational and promotional videos (student stories, mentor insights, academic explainers). Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure visual and textual harmony across content.

3. Academic + Marketing Integration



Simplify and adapt academic topics (CUET-PG, NET, CAT, etc.) into student-friendly content. Create copy for

digital ads, landing pages, emailers, and WhatsApp broadcasts

. Develop SEO-friendly blogs and website articles to build academic credibility. Coordinate with subject experts to ensure academic accuracy and relevance.

4. Performance & Optimization



Track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads). Identify high-performing content types and optimize future campaigns based on analytics. Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvement strategies. Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all channels.

5. Collaboration & Leadership



Coordinate with design, video, and academic teams for timely campaign execution. Review and provide feedback on written and visual content before publishing. Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new campaign concepts. Communicate progress, updates, and new ideas to the CEO and marketing team.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree

in any discipline. Experience in

content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing

. Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills. Understanding of social media trends, Meta Ads, and digital campaign strategies. Analytical mindset to interpret content performance data. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
