Job Description

1. Strategy and Planning Develop a clear content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audiences. Plan and manage content calendars across multiple digital platforms. Conduct competitor and audience research to identify effective content themes and formats. 2. Content Development Oversee the creation of high-quality written, visual, and video content. Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. Create content guidelines, tone-of-voice documents, and messaging frameworks. 3. SEO and Performance Optimization Develop SEO-focused content strategies to improve search rankings and organic reach. Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools. Refine strategies based on engagement data and keyword performance. 4. Brand Consistency and Quality Control Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and maintains quality standards. Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and tone. Maintain consistency across all communication channels including website, social media, and email. 5. Campaign Integration Work closely with marketing, social media, and design teams to align content with campaigns. Support product launches, events, and brand initiatives with strategic content plans. 6. Research and Innovation Stay updated on digital trends, audience behavior, and emerging platforms. Experiment with new content types such as short videos, podcasts, and interactive media.
