Role Overview

We are looking for a

Content Strategist

who is a storyteller at heart and an analyst by mind. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end content plans for our diverse range of clients. Your goal is to ensure that every piece of content--whether it's a 15-second Reel or a 1,000-word whitepaper--serves a strategic purpose and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Create comprehensive content calendars and platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs).

Brand Voice Management:

Define and maintain a unique, consistent voice for various client brands.

Content Ideation:

Lead brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns, social media trends, and video scripts.

Performance Analysis:

Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Design, SEO, and Social Media teams to bring your strategies to life.

Client Interaction:

Present content plans to clients and explain the strategic "why" behind your ideas.
Requirements & Skills

Communication:

Exceptional storytelling and writing skills. You must be able to write copy that converts.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to see the "big picture" and understand how content fits into the overall marketing funnel.

Social Media Savvy:

A deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn), and viral hooks.

Freshers:

If you are a fresher, a personal blog, a strong LinkedIn presence, or a portfolio of mock campaigns is highly encouraged.

Education:

Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
