About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and organized Content Strategist / Account Manager who can lead brand development, build strong content ecosystems, and manage client relationships end-to-end. This role blends strategy, execution, and communication, requiring someone who understands digital platforms deeply and can drive consistent content-led growth.
Scope of Work
1. Brand Strategy
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to define brand positioning.
Identify benchmarks and best practices to support new brand development.
Develop brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and foundational strategic guidelines.
2. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Define key content pillars and create monthly/quarterly content calendars.
Build messaging frameworks and platform-specific content guidelines.
Align content plans with broader marketing and campaign strategies.
3. Content Development & Management
Oversee the ideation, creation, and execution of content across formats including social media, blogs, videos, website copy, and emailers.
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and storytelling across all content.
Provide clear briefs and feedback to writers, designers, and video teams.
Manage end-to-end content workflows to ensure timely delivery.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Optimize content based on performance data, trends, and audience behaviour.
Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and results.
5. Account Management
Manage social media posting schedules and delivery timelines.
Maintain effective client communication through regular calls, updates, and reviews.
Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
Oversee task delegation, workflow management, and adherence to project timelines.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with SEO, paid marketing, product, and creative teams to align content with campaign and performance goals.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver cohesive and campaign-ready content assets.
Support multi-platform execution and ensure consistent brand alignment across touchpoints.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in content strategy, account management, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and social media dynamics.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in planning, project management, and cross-team coordination.
Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
