Role Overview

The

Content Strategist

will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content that strengthens the brand presence across all

company-managed brands

, both digital and offline. The role involves building effective content strategies to support marketing campaigns, enhance visibility, and drive audience engagement for all associated brands under Softrica Innovation Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing and branding objectives. Plan and manage monthly content calendars for social media, website, and campaigns. Create and oversee engaging content -- including blogs, captions, ad copies, and presentations. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Optimize content for SEO and engagement across digital platforms. Track and report on content performance and campaign results. Support brand-building initiatives and internal marketing activities. Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, branding, and audience behaviour.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in content creation, marketing, or branding. Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital branding. Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

Preferred Attributes

Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand identity. Attention to detail and an eye for design and visual communication. Familiarity with analytics tools and AI-based content assistants (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.). Passion for marketing, trends, and brand storytelling.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quality and consistency of content delivery. Growth in brand engagement and visibility. SEO performance and audience reach improvement. Timely execution of content plans and campaign deliverables.
