Create monthly content strategy & calendar (reels, shorts, ads, photoshoots).
Script 20-25 engaging short videos per month (Ayurveda + skincare).
Lead weekly shoot sessions with Founder.
Build storyboards, hooks, and campaign ideas (acne, hairfall, sunscreen, perfume, etc.).
Collaborate with design, social media, and UGC teams.
Review analytics and optimize content performance.
Requirements
3-6 years in content creation/strategy (beauty, skincare, Ayurveda preferred).
Passion for storytelling, brand communication & trends.
Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube content formats.
Excellent writing skills in English & Hindi/Hinglish.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
