We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist to work closely with our Social Media Manager in planning, organizing, and executing content across multiple platforms. You'll play a key role in building engaging campaigns, maintaining a consistent posting calendar, and ensuring every post aligns with our brand and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Work with the design and copywriting teams to create engaging post ideas.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to each client.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across posts.
Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Monitor engagement and suggest creative tweaks to improve performance.
Coordinate with clients for approvals and feedback.
Maintain an archive of published content for reference and reporting.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in social media content planning or digital marketing.
Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and social media scheduling tools.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Basic copywriting skills for captions and headlines.
Understanding of reels/short-form video concepts.
Experience of paid ads.
